Welcome to Blueprint Studios! We are a full-service event design and production company based in San Francisco and Las Vegas serving clients nationwide. By accessing or using our rental service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.
Registration
a. You must provide Blueprint Studios with complete, accurate, and truthful information upon registration, and you must inform us of any changes to that information (e.g., your email address) by emailing info@blueprintstudios.com.
b. Your registration is personal to you, and each registration is for a single user only. You will be asked to choose your username and password, which in combination ("Your ID") will be unique to you. You must not permit any other person to share use of Your ID or permit multiple users to access this website using Your ID.
c. You are responsible for all use of this website using Your ID and for preventing unauthorized use of Your ID. If you believe that there has been or will be a potential breach of Your ID security, please notify us immediately by emailing info@blueprintstudios.com.
d. You will be required to provide Your ID to gain access to this website.
Use of the Service
a. The Service is provided for the purpose of renting event-related items and equipment.
b. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
c. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to sending or storing any infringing, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful material.
d. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.
Termination
a. Blueprint Studios reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice to you.
b. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to the disclaimers of warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law and jurisdiction provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms to which you agree when using particular elements of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blueprint Studios with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Blueprint Studios with respect to the Service.

Automatic Registration
a. On registration with Blueprint Studios, you agree to be automatically registered with other sites operated by Blueprint Studios using Your ID so that you can seamlessly transfer between the Faculty of Blueprint Studios internet sites.
Disclaimer of Warranties
a. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Blueprint Studios makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included or provided through the Service.
b. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Blueprint Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
a. In no event shall Blueprint Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or these Terms, even if Blueprint Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
b. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Blueprint Studios' liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Blueprint Studios for the use of the Service.
Indemnification
a. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blueprint Studios, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
b. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in San Francisco County, California.
Modification
a. Blueprint Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice to you.
b. Your continued use of the Service following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
